COVID Policies for In-Person Sessions

COVID-19 NOTICE: Our office is open. We are following recommended guidelines to keep our clinicians and clients safe, including sanitizing our offices multiple times daily, and performing symptom screening on all employees and clients. We also are offering tele-health options (telephone and video-conferencing) sessions for therapy and some evaluations.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms prior to your scheduled in-person session, you will be asked to reschedule and will be recommended to call your Primary Care doctor or to call this hotline (844-442-2681). If any symptoms are life threatening, please call 911:

Flu like symptoms

Fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher

If you have travelled out of the United States in the last 14 days
-
Known exposure to COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks

Severe, constant chest pain or pressure
-
Extreme difficulty breathing
-
Severe, constant lightheadedness
-
Serious disorientation or unresponsiveness
When you arrive at our office, please note the procedures outlined below for the safety of everyone:

Please remain in your car. Your therapist will notify you by text when your session is ready to begin.

Please sanitize your hands before you enter our building.

Please wait outside the door and your therapist will open the door for you.

You will then be directed to the bathroom to wash your hands.

If you are a parent, guardian, or transporter you are welcome to remain in the waiting room during the session or in your car, whichever is more comfortable.

Please DO NOT leave the parking lot during the appointment if you are waiting for your minor child.

Please keep proper social distance (at least 6 feet) from all others whenever possible at all times while
in the office. -
Mask wearing for both your therapist and yourself will be optional dependent upon the comfort level
of both of you. Please discuss with your therapist your preference. -
Therapist will thoroughly clean all surfaces before and after each session.
